Over the next 100 days, we will speak weekly and follow the critical path for the executive onboarding process. We will also discuss any issues that you are facing today.

2Prepare for the journey before your start. Take the 100 day fitness challenge; gather family support; develop Your TPOV as a leader; do your due diligence

3Have a story ready for Day 1 to seal your leadership and have an impact in 72 hours. This is who I am as a leader. Here is our Impossible Future. Here’s how we need to change. Be prepared to make tough decisions

4Start building an A team and a high performance culture. Evaluate your team. Get me the best in the world. Raise the bar.

5Match your strategy to your situation. First assess your situation with 3 c’s: company, competition, customer needs. Then design: an Impossible Future, ‘A’ level priorities, early wins.

6Create a 100 Day Plan. Things I will absolutely do in my first 30 days, second 30 days, third 30 days.

7Practice leadership agility with all key stakeholders. Reflect on your leadership behavior. Are you trying too hard to please? Are you setting initiatives in context that speaks to stakeholders? Are you balancing advocacy and inquiry? Are you willing to compromise?

8Secure early wins. It’s vitally important to get early wins that build personal credibility, establish key relationships, and build momentum

9Attack ‘A’ level priorities that lay the foundation of your long term vision. Create time to work on the strategy, structure, system

10Focus on the score board. Go for extraordinary and tangible, bottom-line results before 100 days are out
