I began doing research for my book, Your First 100 Days in a New Executive Job, because I saw what was missing – an executive onboarding process that would provide some key success strategies, as well as a winning game plan for this transition.

We offer an Executive Onboarding Process for the first 100 days that will help you to succeed. It involves monthly face-to-face meetings, as well as weekly telephone coaching calls over the first few months of the job.
